Job summary

Tekgence is seeking an L2 Network Operations engineer for our prestigious client, Pune location. The role requires 6+ years of experience in core network operations, hands-on with F5 BIG-IP, Infoblox DDI, and Proxy/Zscaler. You'll join a 24x7 shift environment to ensure high-availability and rapid incident resolution.

Responsibilities include incident management (P1/P2), RCA, change management, and proactive troubleshooting in routing (BGP/OSPF). Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in network services and core operations.
• Experience in incident management and RCA.
• Comfortable with 24x7 shift including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for P1/P2 incidents and RCA.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform incident management.
• Handle routing, F5/Infoblox/Proxy-Zscaler operations.
• Participate in change management.

Note : No PF Overlap in entire employments

We are looking for Network Services / Core Operations Engineers, not Data Centre or ACI-focused profiles.

Primary skills required:

• F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) VIPs, Pools, Health Monitors, Traffic Troubleshooting
• Infoblox DDI DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• Bluecoat Proxy and/or Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
• Strong Production Support experience (P1/P2 incidents, RCA, Change Management)
• Good Routing knowledge (BGP/OSPF)
• Must be comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment, including night shifts
