Job summary

Endava is seeking a Network Infrastructure Consultant in India to design, implement and optimize complex network systems. You will ensure reliable, secure data communication across on‑prem and Cloud infrastructures, analysing performance and guiding improvements.

Responsibilities include designing projects, supporting go-live, and contributing to architecture discussions with software and infrastructure teams. A strong background in Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, and AWS is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network infrastructure and managed services.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience providing 3rd line support for Cisco equipment and services.
• Experience in a MSP or service provider environment.
• Experience with SD-WAN (Cisco or other).
• Structured project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Strong Cisco CLI skills: VLANs, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, DHCP pools, ASA/FTD rules.
• Experience with Cisco WLC and Catalyst APs; Fortinet; VMware networking; AWS.
• Certifications CCNP Enterprise and AZ-104/AZ-700 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver network and security solutions for on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Design, implement and test projects per client requirements, including travel.
• Collaborate with software and infrastructure architects to define requirements.
• Research and develop new technologies aligned to client pipelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide go-live support, performance tuning and transition to operations.

Job Description

Our infrastructure consultants are responsible for designing and implementing back-end services. They ensure reliability, security, and scalability for all platform layers within our solutions. Infrastructure teams provide expertise across virtualization, cloud services, storage solutions, cybersecurity, and scripting and automation.

As a Network Infrastructure Consultant you will be designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems to ensure reliable and secure data communication within the organization. You will analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic solutions to enhance overall network efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Part of a dedicated team providing project delivery services of network and security solutions to both on premise and Cloud infrastructures
• Design, implement and test projects based on clients functional and business requirements (including travel to other countries)
• Involvement in architecture and project definition working with software and infrastructure architects to define requirements.
• Research and development of new technologies based on client project pipelines
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Provide support services during project go-live, performance tuning, and transition to support operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Cisco equipment and services
• Experience working in a managed services or service provider company
• Experience with SD-WAN from Cisco or other enterprise solution
• Application of structured project implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Excellent technical skills in Cisco CLI configuration (VLANs, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, Basic Voip, DHCP pools, ASA/FTD network/firewalls rules)
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Lan Controller & Catalyst Access Points
• Fortinet Experience
• VMware virtual networking
• Amazon Web Services
• Advanced security investigations (packet captures, inspection)
• Certifications: CCNP Enterprise,AZ-104, AZ-700 – desirable but not mandatory.
