Job summary

Endava in India seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Consultant to design and implement robust back-end network services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across on-prem and Cloud environments. You will contribute to virtualization, cloud services, storage, cybersecurity, and automation, with opportunities for travel to client sites.

The role demands 10+ years of experience, excellent English, and deep Cisco capabilities (CLI, VLANs, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, ACLs) plus SD-WAN,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network infrastructure and security
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Cisco equipment and services
• Experience with SD-WAN from Cisco or other enterprise solutions
• Experience with managed services or service provider companies
• Knowledge of structured project methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Strong Cisco networking skills: VLANs, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, VoIP basics
• Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controller & Catalyst APs
• Fortinet experience and VMware/AWS familiarity

Responsibilities

• Part of a dedicated team delivering network and security solutions for on-prem and Cloud infrastructures
• Design, implement, test projects based on client requirements with travel as needed
• Engage in architecture discussions with software and infrastructure teams to define requirements
• Research and develop new technologies aligned to client pipelines
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Provide support during go-live, performance tuning, and transition to operations

Job Description

Our infrastructure consultants are responsible for designing and implementing back-end services. They ensure reliability, security, and scalability for all platform layers within our solutions. Infrastructure teams provide expertise across virtualization, cloud services, storage solutions, cybersecurity, and scripting and automation.

As a Network Infrastructure Consultant you will be designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems to ensure reliable and secure data communication within the organization. You will analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic solutions to enhance overall network efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Part of a dedicated team providing project delivery services of network and security solutions to both on premise and Cloud infrastructures
• Design, implement and test projects based on clients functional and business requirements (including travel to other countries)
• Involvement in architecture and project definition working with software and infrastructure architects to define requirements.
• Research and development of new technologies based on client project pipelines
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Provide support services during project go-live, performance tuning, and transition to support operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Cisco equipment and services
• Experience working in a managed services or service provider company
• Experience with SD-WAN from Cisco or other enterprise solution
• Application of structured project implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Excellent technical skills in Cisco CLI configuration (VLANs, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, Basic Voip, DHCP pools, ASA/FTD network/firewalls rules)
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Lan Controller & Catalyst Access Points
• Fortinet Experience
• VMware virtual networking
• Amazon Web Services
• Advanced security investigations (packet captures, inspection)
• Certifications: CCNP Enterprise,AZ-104, AZ-700 – desirable but not mandatory.
