Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 8–10 years of enterprise networking expertise to manage and optimize customer networks. You will work across firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, SD‑WAN, and Meraki devices to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with OEMs and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable network services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise networking experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Practical experience with F5 and NetScaler load balancers.
• Knowledge of Cisco routers/switches, SD‑WAN, and Cisco Meraki solutions.
• Experience managing production, core, edge, wireless, and data centre networks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support customer network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless APs.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Administer and optimize F5 and NetScaler load balancers for high availability.
• Maintain Cisco routers/switches across core, edge, production, and data centre environments.
• Deploy and manage Cisco SD‑WAN solutions and Cisco Meraki devices.
• Design and deploy networking solutions across data centre environments.
• Participate in design, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide Level 3 support for escalated incidents and coordinate with OEMs/vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of network services.
• Maintain accurate records of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and inspection protocols.

• Familiarity with quality control, inspection methodologies, and process optimization in network operations.

Additional Information

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Fifteen years of full‑time education is mandatory.
