Job summary

Medpace, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer for our Mumbai office to manage and optimize our corporate network. The role is full-time and office-based, with hybrid work after six months in the role.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco switching/routing and firewalls, Meraki devices, SD-WAN, and SolarWinds monitoring, while maintaining high network performance. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential to partner with architects and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• CCNA or CCNP is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent documentation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple devices, apps and priorities.
• Clear communication with peers, end users and management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure across Cisco platforms and Check Point firewalls.
• Configure and manage Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express and Unity.
• Deploy and monitor Meraki devices and SD-WAN deployments.
• Troubleshoot network issues, outages and performance and schedule upgrades.
• Document standards and collaborate with network architects on optimization for reliable connectivity.
• Coordinate network link installation and maintenance across sites.

Responsibilities

Top candidates will have an aptitude to learn new technology and have a “do what it takes” attitude.

• Cisco switching, routing and firewalls;
• Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Contact Center, and Unity;
• Cisco Meraki;
• Check Point firewalls;
• SDWAN from Silver Peak; and
• Solarwinds network monitoring tools.
• Establish and Maintain network performance
