Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Telecommunications, ECE/EXTC, Electrical, Electronics, IT or CS.
• 1–3 years experience with minimum 2 years hands-on in enterprise networking, MPLS service provider networks, L2/L3 technologies, and fault management.
• CCNA or JNCIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Network operations and fault management across enterprise networks.
• Troubleshooting MPLS service provider networks and related L2/L3 issues.
• Hands-on involvement in incident handling and network performance monitoring.
