Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced network professional to manage enterprise network infrastructure and operations across multiple sites. The role requires hands-on expertise with leading vendors and strong ITIL-aligned service governance.

You will engage with customers, document issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure stable network performance. Must have multi-site experience and a track record in security segmentation, NAC, DNS/DHCP, and firewall governance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of enterprise network infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise network operations or network engineering functions.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments and ODC or managed services operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba ClearPass, Fortinet, Cisco Wireless, Aerohive, Sauron DDI, and Silver Peak platforms.
• Good understanding of network security, segmentation, NAC, firewall governance, wireless operations, DNS/DHCP, and ITIL service management.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, documentation, escalation, and vendor management skills.
