Role & responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise-level LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
Provide hands‑on support for switching, routing, and firewall concepts to ensure smooth and secure network operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve real‑time RAVPN and other network/connectivity challenges for remote end users.
Conduct proactive monitoring to ensure network availability, stability, and performance.
Support maintenance and upgrade activities, including during non‑standard working hours when required.
Work closely with IT teams to improve network infrastructure and drive operational efficiency.
Required Skill Set
Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts and protocols.
Experience configuring and managing Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto devices.
Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
