Job summary

Corporate Infotech (CIPL) in New Delhi is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to ensure day-to-day network operations. You will maintain connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and support IT services with Cisco devices. On-site presence is required and CCNA certification is mandatory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience and strong fundamentals in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing and switching, along with customer-facing communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/CS/IT with 1 year networking experience and CCNA.
• Diploma in Electronics/CS/IT with 2 years networking experience and CCNA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Network Engineer.
• CCNA certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network-related issues.
• Handle network incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
• Perform network configuration and basic troubleshooting of Cisco devices.
• Diagnose connectivity, routing, switching, and related network issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of network incidents and activities.
• Provide on-site technical support as required.
• Ensure network services are available and functioning efficiently.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science / IT with minimum 2 years of experience in Network Maintenance/Support along with CCNA certification.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or above.
• Candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Support / IT Services are preferred.

Certification

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Mandatory
