Job summary

Team Computers is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Gurgaon-based team. The role involves providing L1/L2 network support, monitoring LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity, and configuring routers and switches to ensure seamless operations.

The candidate should be proficient in BGP, VPN routing, VLAN, subnetting, IP configuration, and Windows/Office 365 support, including peripheral devices such as printers and VC systems. On-site environment in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications

• Skills required include BGP, VPN routing & switching, VLAN, subnetting and IP configuration.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers/switches and network devices.
• Ability to monitor LAN/WAN, VPN connectivity, and support Windows OS and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 network support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices.
• Coordinate with ISPs and regional IT teams for issue resolution.
• Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, email, and hardware/software issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and user requests.
