Job summary

Team Computers Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Network Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 network assistance, Windows Office 365 & email support, and end-user device troubleshooting.

You will monitor LAN/WAN, VPN connectivity, configure routers and switches, coordinate with ISPs, and resolve tickets promptly to keep business operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking protocols and devices.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and IP configurations.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, email, and peripheral support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 network support and troubleshooting.
