Job summary

HCLTech in India seeks a seasoned Network Data Engineer to design and optimize data networking solutions across LAN/WAN, MPLS, and data-center fabrics, with Aruba and Cisco technologies at the core. You will drive complex routing and switching deployments and collaborate with clients to ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations.

The role requires 10+ years hands-on experience, strong expertise in BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, and the ability to lead design, deployment and maintenance of data-center networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years hands-on data networking experience.

• Aruba WiFi product hands-on experience.

JD FOR NETWORK DATA ENGINEER

• Minimum 10+ year experience in hands on Data Networking
• Strong Routing & Switching skills
• Having good knowledge of Aruba Central , Cisco Prime
• Having good knowledge of datacenter products & Switching, and SD Branch from Aruba
• Hands on experience Aruba wifi products & AP handing
• Should have expertise in LAN, WAN, MPLS, QOS, Wireless
• Specialist of AOS L3
• Specialist of BGP, EIRGP, OSPF with complex implementation exposure
• Handling customers inquiries and issues
• Recording the installations, upgrades, and maintenance of systems or software
• Creating planning for capacity changes
• Worked in ITSM tool
• Upgrading hardware or software used by the organization in DC
• Presenting new tools that could be used to improve efficiency or cutting costs
• Ensuring a safe and secure facility to protect the systems and power configuration
• Expert level knowledge in Data Center architecture
• Supervising maintenance, installation, and updates of data center systems, for both physical and software
• Establishing the rules related to data accessibility and distribution
• Establishing the parameters for data entry or storage of customers data
