RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in India seeks an experienced Aruba Network Engineer to design, implement, troubleshoot, and manage Aruba-based enterprise network infrastructure for the DCLCM project.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Aruba CX, Aruba Central, Aruba OS, and Aruba ClearPass, plus familiarity with Cisco CLI and Cisco Catalyst switches. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Aruba CX switches and Aruba OS experience required.
• Experience with Aruba Central: Template creation, configuration, firmware deployment, and push.

Responsibilities

• Support network operations and lifecycle management for the DCLCM project.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba CX switches and Aruba network infrastructure.
• Work with Aruba Central to deploy, monitor, and manage devices.
• Create and update templates, configure variables, and push configurations/firmware via Aruba Central.
• Troubleshoot Aruba switching technologies and enterprise network protocols.
• Configure advanced Aruba features: MCLAG, VSF, VSX, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, RPVST, VRF, UBT.
• Configure/administer Aruba ClearPass for network access control and policy management.
• Support Aruba Gateways and related networking solutions.
• Collaborate with Cisco Catalyst switches for configuration, troubleshooting, and migration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability, security, and performance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Aruba Network Engineer to support the DCLCM project by designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and managing Aruba-based enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise with Aruba networking technologies, Aruba Central, and Aruba CX switches, along with a solid understanding of Cisco networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network operations and lifecycle management activities for the DCLCM project.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba CX switches and Aruba network infrastructure.
• Work with Aruba Central to deploy, monitor, and manage network devices.
• Create and update templates, configure variables, and push device configurations and firmware upgrades through Aruba Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aruba switching technologies and enterprise network protocols.
• Configure and support advanced Aruba networking features including: MCLAG, VSF, VSX, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, RPVST, VRF, UBT.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass for network access control and policy management.
• Support Aruba Gateways and related networking solutions.
• Work with Cisco Catalyst switches for configuration, troubleshooting, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure network stability, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Aruba CX switches and Aruba OS.
• Strong knowledge of Aruba switch CLI commands and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Aruba Central, including: Template creation and management, Variable configuration, Firmware deployment, and Configuration push.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and routing/switching protocols.
• Experience with MCLAG, VSF, VSX, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, RPVST, VRF, UBT.
• Hands‑on experience with Aruba ClearPass.
• Knowledge of Aruba Gateways.
• Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco CLI.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aruba Certifications (ACSA, ACSP, ACP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are an added advantage.

Good To Have

• Experience working in enterprise network environments.
• Exposure to network automation and lifecycle management projects.
• Understanding of network security best practices.
