Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Network DC Build Engineer to design and implement data center networks according to business requirements.

You will prepare BOMs, configurations, and build packages, lead changes in the approved window, and collaborate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery. Data center migrations should be done with zero downtime and solid documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Arista and Cisco routers/switches.
• Expert level knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP).
• Strong troubleshooting in routing and switching including VXLAN, Multicast, Spanning-tree, vPC.
• CCNP or CCIE RS is a plus.
• Knowledge of transceivers, cabling, fiber patching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio; Bluecoat desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Network DC Build Engineer:

We are currently seeking a Network DC Build Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Prepare network designs with bill of materials and detailed device configurations based on the business requirement
• Raise and implement network changes within the approved change window.
• Prepare network build packages based on the approved network design, which consists of impact analysis, network change implementation plan, and cutover plan - Present network designs and network changes for review and approval
• Collaborate with various platform streams and vendors to ensure that network deliverables are completed on time
• Data Center migrations in production environment without any downtime
• Candidate should be able to work on projects individually and should be able to design and implement the designs according to the standards.

Requirements (Key Skills)

• Familiarity with network hardware (Arista and Cisco routers and switches)
• Expert level knowledge in network routing, switching protocols (Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP; LAN/WAN Technologies)
• Excellent working experience in multicasting, VXLAN, Spanning-tree, vPC, port-channel, MLAG, Trunking - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skill in routing switching.
• CCNP or CCIE RS (a plus)
• Hardware : Experience/knowledge about different type of transceivers, switches, different type of cabling, different type of fiber patching
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Visio, Word and Excel. Experience with Bluecoat is desirable but not essential. Strong IT/Technical skills (understanding of software, hardware, networks, etc)
• Advanced level written and verbal communication skills.
