Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of enterprise Cisco Meraki experience including switching and wireless.
• Strong knowledge of network analytics via SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and REST/Meraki APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Cisco Meraki network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, and MX security appliances.
• Analyze network telemetry and operational data using Meraki APIs, SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog.
• Build and maintain automation scripts for network health checks, configuration validation, and performance reporting.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and performance issues across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
• Support governance reporting, KPI tracking, and incident/problem resolution for enterprise network operations.
