Job summary

Kreate Energy is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure at L3 level in Mumbai. The role covers configuring switches, APs, and SD-WAN, while maintaining security, performance, and documentation.

• Experience in Network Administration / L3 Network Support.
• Hands-on experience with Switches Routing & Switching.
• Experience with Access Points and Wireless Networking.
• Strong experience in Aruba Silver Peak / EdgeConnect SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall.
• Experience in troubleshooting WAN/APS links and network connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, routing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and NAT.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Good understanding of network security concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure at L3 level.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches, including routing and switching protocols.
• Manage and troubleshoot Access Points (APs) and enterprise wireless infrastructure.
• Configure and support Aruba Silver Peak / Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions.
• Monitor SD-WAN connectivity, tunnels, WAN links, application performance, latency, packet loss, and traffic paths.
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, routing, VPN, and traffic monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, and performance-related issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot APS links/WAN connectivity and coordinate with service providers when required.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring network incidents and implement permanent solutions.
• Analyze network logs, traffic flows, alerts, and performance metrics.
• Support network changes, upgrades, migrations, and configuration activities.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with internal infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure network availability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in network maintenance activities and provide L3 escalation support.
