We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant in Hyderabad to lead requirements, design configurations, and manage project lifecycles from discovery to go-live for diverse clients.

You will work with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and SuiteTalk, guiding clients on ERP processes like O2C, P2P, GL/AR/AP, ARM, and R2R while leveraging AI features for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• Strong understanding of ERP core processes (O2C, P2P, GL/AR/AP) and related modules
• Experience with NetSuite configuration including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches
• Support NetSuite users with day-to-day issues and provide training
• Experience with reports and dashboards and inbound/outbound integrations
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for global clients

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate needs into configurations
• Perform fit-gap analysis for new module rollouts and advise on standard features vs. customizations
• Own lifecycle after functional grooming, from solution design to go-live
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow
• Advise clients on NetSuite AI roadmap and automate workflows where possible
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems

Position: NetSuite Functional Consultant

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional/Project Based:Leadbusiness requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs intoconfigurations or customizations.
• Implementation Leadership:Fornew module rollouts, conduct "fit-gap" analysis to guide clientstoward standard features where possible, while clearly articulating theROI and maintenance trade-offs of custom development.
• Managed Services:Own thelifecycle after the client’s "functional grooming" of a ticket,from solution design, acceptance criteria, and final deployment.
• Technical Execution:Develop,test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x),SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow to extend NetSuite functionality beyond "outof the box" capabilities.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI):Adviseclients on the NetSuite AI roadmap, helping them leverage SuiteSense andother AI-driven features to automate financial and operational workflows.
• Integration Management:Supportintegrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce,Billing platforms, etc.).

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:5+ years ofhands-on experience in functional design, development, and administrationof NetSuite.
• Good understanding of ERP core business processes such asOrder-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and financial management (GL,AR, AP), Also, advanced module experience like ARM, R2R.
• Experience with NetSuite's configuration includingSuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow (workflows), and Saved Searches
• Support NetSuite Application Users on day to day to issues
• NetSuite system support including Production and Sandboxenvironments
• Experience with Reports and Dashboard
• Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations withNetSuite
• User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs byexplaining NetSuite standard practices
• Leadership: Ideal one should beready to manage the client during entire project phases starting fromBusiness requirements to go live independently.
• AI Acumen:Ability tounderstand how NetSuite is utilizing AI in their product and adviseclients on utilizing AI for predictive analytics and process improvement.
• Consultative Mindset:Inimplementations, the ability to advocate for "out of the box"best practices vs. custom extensions, managing client expectationseffectively.
• Documentation Skills:Proficiencyin creating clear solution design documents (SDD) and user acceptancetesting (UAT) scripts.
• Language:Fluency in English(written and verbal) is required to support our global client base.
• Certification:NetSuiteCertified ERP Consultant or Certified Developer is a significant plus.
• Nice to have:Additionalexperiences such as with integration tools e.g. Workato, supporting Zoneor other billing platforms, TMT industry experience with, for example thetransition from an asset-based business to subscription business models.
