Qualifications

• 710 years of experience in implementing, architecting, and optimizing Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with SuiteBilling, ARM, and NetSuite integrations.
• Experience designing subscription-, usage-, or hybrid billing models and strong Order-to-Cash knowledge.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition and familiarity with Avalara AvaTax is preferred.
• Strong data migration and data integrity skills in NetSuite environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities in demanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end global billing solutions, subscription engines, and Order-to-Cash workflows in NetSuite.
• Lead hands-on configuration of SuiteBilling, billing schedules, usage components, and billing hierarchies.
• Architect integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, payment gateways, and external databases.
• Develop and review SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk solutions.
• Configure ARM and revenue recognition rules per ASC 606.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead design, testing, deployment, and optimization of solutions.
• Oversee large-scale data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize NetSuite billing and bill-run performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver root-cause resolutions.
• Mentor and build a high-performing NetSuite team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Billing Architect / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and NetSuite architecture to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of complex global billing and Order-to-Cash solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge with hands-on technical expertise and will work closely with client stakeholders, finance teams, engineering teams, and leadership to build scalable billing solutions.

This is a client-facing technical leadership role with an opportunity to contribute to solution architecture, delivery, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end global billing solutions, subscription engines, and Order-to-Cash workflows within Oracle NetSuite.
• Lead hands-on configuration of SuiteBilling, billing schedules, consumption-based pricing, usage components, and billing hierarchies.
• Architect integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, payment gateways, and external databases.
• Develop and review SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk solutions.
• Configure Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and revenue recognition rules in alignment with ASC 606.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, engineering teams, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead technical solution design, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Oversee large-scale data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize NetSuite billing and bill-run performance.

• Excellent communication skills with mandatory client-facing experience.
