dotSolved Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Architect to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise NetSuite solutions from Chennai onsite. You will collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to drive optimization and scalable architecture.

The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite customization expertise, SuiteCloud technologies, and strong leadership to deliver complex implementations and integrations across CRM, ERP, and e-commerce systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with NetSuite ERP development and architecture.
• Expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, HRMS, E-commerce, Banking, WMS, and third-party apps.
• Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, TBA, JWT).

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design and develop advanced customizations using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Lead technical solution design for complex NetSuite implementations.
• Develop and maintain Suitelets, User Events, Client Scripts, and RESTlets.
• Build and optimize integrations using REST, SOAP, and SuiteTalk APIs.
• Design integration frameworks with Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, or OIC.
• Create SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, and saved searches.
• Develop reports, KPIs, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
• Mentor developers and set development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Lead deployments using SDF and collaborate with functional teams.

Position: NetSuite Technical Architect

Location: Chennai - Onsite - all 5days

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Technical Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of enterprise NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in NetSuite customization, SuiteCloud technologies, integrations, and enterprise architecture while collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and high-performing NetSuite solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design and develop advanced customizations using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Lead technical solution design for complex NetSuite implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Suitelets, User Events, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and RESTlets.
• Build and optimize integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and SuiteTalk APIs.
• Design integration frameworks with platforms such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, fields, and saved searches.
• Develop advanced reports, KPIs, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.
• Lead deployment activities using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with NetSuite ERP development and architecture.

• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth, Token-Based Authentication (TBA), and JWT.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite security, governance limits, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Magento, or WooCommerce integrations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation and Intelligent Document Processing is an added advantage.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary, OneWorld, and global NetSuite implementations.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM, or Professional Services Automation (PSA).
