Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced NetIQ IAM Engineer for on-site roles in Pune, Mumbai or Chennai. The candidate will manage NetIQ Identity Manager and Access Manager, LDAP, Webservices, Java, and eDirectory in a challenging IDM environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of overall IT experience with 3–4 years in NetIQ IDM solutions and hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications

• Overall 5-7 years of IT experience with 3-4 years in NIM/NAM.
• Hands-on experience with NetIQ IDM product suite and related components.

Responsibilities

• Manage NetIQ Identity Manager and Access Manager deployments and configs.
• Create/update IDM workflows and IDM drivers.
• Provide SME support to security group, helpdesk, and end users.
• Assist onboarding of new connected systems and integrations.
• Support project implementations and compliance reporting related to IDM.
• Maintain IDM infrastructure including LDAP, health checks, patches, and disaster recovery tests.
• Respond to support requests with accurate data and resolutions.
• Document detailed designs and integration manuals; contribute to BAU processes.

Job Description:

• Strong understanding and hands on experience on the following-

• Support the existing IDM infrastructure and implement the necessary system updates as connected systems change.


• Create/update IDM Workflows


• Create/update IDM drivers


• Provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems and will serve as an IDM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users


• Assist in project implementation as well as producing compliance reports, supporting role-based access control, working Service Requests, monitoring IDM servers, and system testing.


• IDM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.


• Respond to Support Requests, process large amounts of data with extreme accuracy, and be backup SME for entire IDM solution.


• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within NetIQ product suite


• Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals


• Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
