Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Development Technologies - .Net professional for its Noida, Gurugram, and Pune locations. The role requires 5-6 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and MS SQL.

You will design and build scalable .NET enterprise applications, define API contracts, and drive CI/CD improvements. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-quality software and timely

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable .NET enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD automation, deployment, and release readiness activities.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate risks and delivery progress to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies.
