Job summary

Iris Software invites experienced .NET developers to join our Noida, Gurugram and Pune teams. You will design and build scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API and microservices, with Kafka and MS SQL as core technologies.

We require 5–6 years of hands‑on experience with .NET, C#, and the full stack. This role offers opportunities to own modules end‑to‑end while improving CI/CD and deployment automation in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in .NET enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka and MS SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable .NET enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and database tuning.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Drive CI/CD improvements, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
