Job summary

Iris Software invites you to join our rapidly growing IT services team in India. Design and develop full stack scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and microservices, aligning with business goals.

You will own end-to-end delivery, contribute to CI/CD, security, and performance, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and .NET stack with hands-on experience.
• Strong Angular knowledge and UI pattern experience.
• Experience with microservices and enterprise architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
• Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable Angular components for enterprise apps.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Design and develop reusable backend components, Angular components and frontend solutions using established design patterns.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern .Net development practices.

Job Description

• Design and develop full stack scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices architecture. Ensure applications aligned with business goals and architecture standards.
• Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable Angular component architecture for enterprise applications.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise‑grade systems.
• Design and develop reusable backend components, Angular components and frontend solutions using established design patterns.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Implement enterprise security practices using OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, and OWASP security standards.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern .Net development practices.
