Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in India is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications across Noida, Gurugram, and Pune. You will define API contracts, implement microservices, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7–8 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Kafka, and MS SQL. You will contribute to secure coding practices, CI/CD improvements, and end-to-end delivery within a dynamic IT services

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills include ASP.NET MVC, microservices architecture with Web API, Kafka, .NET Framework, ADO.NET and MS SQL.
• Proficiency in C# is required and strong data access skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable .NET enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with root cause analysis and fixes.
