Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead based in Bangalore to steer enterprise application development and modernization. The role demands ownership of architecture, design, and delivery of scalable solutions.

You will guide a skilled team with 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices, and DevOps. Mentorship and high-quality code are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps.
• Must have hands-on experience leading enterprise application development and modernization.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles and scalable architectures.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale application development and modernization.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and designs.
• Define component-level architecture, drive code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Mentor developers, conduct code/design reviews, and ensure maintainable solutions.

• Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization
• Must Have:
  • Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
  • Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
  • Database: SQL Server, SQL optimization, Entity Framework
  • Architecture: Object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, Microservices, Distributed systems fundamentals, API design, Integration patterns
  • DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub
  • Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage
• At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define application/component-level architecture and technical design. Make appropriate technology and design decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability and security, Drive unit testing, integration testing and automated functional testing, Establish appropriate code coverage standards, Participate in defect root-cause analysis.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Identify opportunities to use AI for: Code generation, Unit-test generation, Code review, Documentation, Defect analysis, Refactoring
• Proven experience leading a team of developers. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Conduct code/design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Break down complex requirements into technical tasks. Support developers in resolving technical challenges.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
