Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization

Must Have:

• Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
• Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
• Database: SQL Server, SQL optimization, Entity Framework
• Architecture: Object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, Microservices, Distributed systems fundamentals, API design, Integration patterns
• DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub
• Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage

At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define application/component-level architecture and technical design.
• Make appropriate technology and design decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability and security,
• Drive unit testing, integration testing and automated functional testing,
• Establish appropriate code coverage standards,
• Participate in defect root-cause analysis.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Identify opportunities to use AI for:

  • Defect analysis,
  • Refactoring
• Proven experience leading a team of developers.
