Concentrix in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Net Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps. You will provide technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization.

Job Description

Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization

Must Have:

• Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
• Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
• Database: SQL Server, SQL optimization, Entity Framework
• Architecture: Object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, Microservices, Distributed systems fundamentals, API design, Integration patterns
• DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub
• Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage

At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define application/component-level architecture and technical design. Make appropriate technology and design decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.

Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability and security, Drive unit testing, integration testing and automated functional testing, Establish appropriate code coverage standards, Participate in defect root-cause analysis.

Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Identify opportunities to use AI for: Code generation, Unit-test generation, Code review, Documentation, Defect analysis, Refactoring

Proven experience leading a team of developers. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Conduct code/design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Break down complex requirements into technical tasks. Support developers in resolving technical challenges.
