Job summary

Concentrix Bangalore invites a Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of proven experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices, and DevOps to join our Technical Products & Services team.

You will guide enterprise application modernization, define architecture, mentor engineers, and drive quality and testing, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps.
• Must have Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID), Frontend (React/TypeScript), Database (SQL Server, EF), Architecture (Microservices, Clean Architecture), and DevOps (Git, Azure DevOps).
• At least 3–4 years of technical leadership; translate requirements into scalable design; ensure code quality, testing, and secure delivery.
• Experience leading teams, reviewing code, and mentoring developers; strong stakeholder management and enterprise app delivery.

• Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization
• Must Have:
  • Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
  • Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
  • Database: SQL Server, SQL optimization, Entity Framework
  • Architecture: Object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, Microservices, Distributed systems fundamentals, API design, Integration patterns
  • DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub
  • Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage
• At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define application/component-level architecture and technical design. Make appropriate technology and design decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability and security, Drive unit testing, integration testing and automated functional testing, Establish appropriate code coverage standards, Participate in defect root-cause analysis.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Identify opportunities to use AI for: Code generation, Unit-test generation, Code review, Documentation, Defect analysis, Refactoring
• Proven experience leading a team of developers. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Conduct code/design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Break down complex requirements into technical tasks. Support developers in resolving technical challenges.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
