Work Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST / 9 AM to 6 PM IST

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead with 12-15 years of experience in full-stack .NET development, Azure cloud services, and micro-services architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development, architecture, and implementation while guiding a team in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Mandatory Primary Skills

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core (v6+), Azure cloud services, and Microservices.
• Expertise in Azure Functions, Service Bus, Table Storage, Blob Storage, and Queues.
• Strong experience in CI/CD, GitHub, branching, and DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on with ReactJS/Angular, API integrations, and front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Agile development, JIRA, and release management.
• Proven leadership experience with team handling, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, LLM-based development, and AI-driven solutions.
