We're Hiring: Full Stack Development Lead

Location: Jaipur (Hybrid)

Experience: 5-9 Years (with 4-5 years in .NET & React)

Are you a passionate full‑stack developer with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a Full Stack Development Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers
• Define coding standards, architecture, and best practices
• Build and scale applications with .NET Core, React.js, Azure services
• Develop REST APIs, microservices & Azure Functions
• Drive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and cloud‑optimized
• Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to deliver excellence

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React.js
• Hands‑on with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Solid experience with SQL databases & EF Core
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and Agile practices
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Exposure to Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Service Bus, Logic Apps
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for cloud‑native deployments
• Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, event‑driven architectures
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture & DDD
