Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, along with hands‑on exposure to AI/GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of owning end‑to‑end development, and comfortable mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core, Web API and Microservices.
• Build responsive and modern UI applications using ReactJS / Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core and database optimization.
• Implement cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Drive application architecture, design patterns, coding standards and performance optimization.
• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Work with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI‑powered applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA and DevOps teams.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure production‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and contribute to technical decision‑making.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support estimation, planning and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:
