Job summary

Softura is seeking a seasoned Technology Architect to lead the design of scalable .NET SaaS solutions for multiuser deployments. You will guide architects and developers, translate business needs into robust architecture, and drive high-quality delivery in a fast-paced client environment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in .NET, hands-on with ERP-like systems, AI-driven architectures, and cloud services such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and API Management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building multiuser .NET applications, with at least 3+ years as technical architect.
• Experience in SAAS or distribution domain.
• Proven track record delivering ERP solutions; expertise in Entity Framework and Dapper.
• Experience with API Management, Event Hub, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, App Insights, capacity planning and cost analysis.
• Experience creating Architecture Documents, performing FMEA, performance tuning, and code quality/unit testing.
• Experience using AI platforms to build apps and guide the team on design/development/deployment.
• Experience with direct customer engagement to demonstrate architecture and design.
• Ability to mentor team members into strong tech professionals.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, tool-calling, multi-agent coordination patterns; knowledge of MAF is a plus.
• Experience supporting Presales – solutions & estimations is good to have.
• DevOps experience desirable; willingness to learn and contribute.
• Strong design of robust, scalable SaaS database objects and migrating legacy data.

Requirements

• At least 15+ years of experience in building multiuser .NET applications, in which a minimum of 3+ year experience as technical architect
• Experience in SAAS or distribution domain.
• Demonstrable experience in solving complex business problems, including but not limited to building ERP systems Entity Framework, Dapper, with a track record of delivering complex, high-quality solutions.
• API Management, Event Hub, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, App Insights, Capacity Planning and Cost Analysis
• Experience in creating solid Architecture Documents, perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis, application & database Performance Tuning, establishing best practices on Code Quality & Unit testing.
• Demonstrable experience in using AI platforms effectively to build applications and guide the Tech Lead & team on design > development > deployment using AI.
• Experience in working directly with the customer to demonstrate the application architecture & design and establishing confidence on the proposed solution.
• Ability to mentor team members and develop them into strong technology professionals
• Experience in agentic framework like LLM orchestration, tool-calling, multi-agent coordination patterns, and a good understanding of MAF will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting on Presales – solutions & estimations is good to have.
• DevOps experience is desirable; willingness to learn and contribute is expected if not already experienced.
• Strong experience in designing robust, scalable and high performing database objects for SaaS applications, and migrating legacy data into the new model
