Job summary

Visara Partners is seeking a seasoned Principal/Technical Architect in Chennai to lead multiuser .NET applications, drive architecture decisions, and mentor the team. You will work directly with customers to validate designs, implement scalable ERP modules, and optimize cloud services on Azure.

You will guide the team from design through deployment, foster best practices in code quality and testing, and contribute to presales estimations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years in building multiuser .NET applications, including 3+ years as Technical Architect.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems, e.g., ERP systems implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services (App Service, API Management, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, App Insights).
• Experience in architecture documents, FMEA, performance tuning, and code quality/unit testing best practices.
• Proven track record guiding teams from design to deployment; strong customer-facing skills.

Job description

• At least 15+ years of experience in building multiuser .NET applications, in which a minimum of 3+ year experience as Technical architect
• Demonstrable experience in solving complex business problems, including but not limited to building ERP systems
• Expertise in Azure services such as: Azure App Service (Web App, API App), Azure API Management, Event Hub, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, App Insights, Capacity Planning and Cost Analysis
• Experience in creating solid Architecture Documents, perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis, application & database Performance Tuning, establishing best practices on Code Quality & Unit testing.
• Demonstrable experience in using AI platforms effectively to build applications and guide the Tech Lead & team on design > development > deployment using AI.
• Experience in working directly with the customer to demonstrate the application architecture & design and establishing confidence on the proposed solution.
• Ability to mentor team members and develop them into strong technology professionals
• Experience in agentic framework like LLM orchestration, tool-calling, multi-agent coordination patterns, and a good understanding of MAF will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting on Presales – solutions & estimations is good to have.
• DevOps experience is desirable; willingness to learn and contribute is expected if not already experienced.
• Strong experience in designing robust, scalable and high performing database objects for SaaS applications, and migrating legacy data into the new model
