Job summary

Iris Software in India is seeking a skilled .NET developer to design and build scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and microservices. You will define API contracts, work with Azure Service Bus, and ensure secure, high-quality code across the full software delivery lifecycle.

You will own end-to-end modules, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, support performance optimizations, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Develop scalable .NET enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and DB tuning.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.

• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks and delivery progress.
