Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Automation Developer (RPA & Intelligent Automation) to design, build, deploy and support end-to-end automation across business processes.

You will work with UiPath, Power Automate, AA, Python, Power BI, and data tooling to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring governance and security. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs is essential; 5–10+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in UiPath/Power Platform/Automation Anywhere are a plus.
• Experience with Intelligent Automation, OCR, or AI-powered automation is desirable.
• Exposure to cloud tech like Azure, SharePoint, Dataverse is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop scalable automation using UiPath, Power Automate, and AA.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts using Selenium and data libraries.
• Create and maintain Excel VBA macros for data processing and reporting.

Position: Automation Developer (RPA & Intelligent Automation)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end automation solutions across business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RPA technologies, Python development, data analytics, and process optimization, enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts using Selenium, Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
• Create and maintain Excel VBA macros for data processing, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Integrate automation solutions with databases, web applications, APIs, SharePoint, Outlook, and enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture documents, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, application changes, and automation exceptions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
