Mattel Global Business Services is seeking a production support / application developer with 3+ years in enterprise application support and integrations. You will work with .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API) and front-end HTML5/CSS3, and support PowerBuilder legacy tasks.

You will handle MSSQL tasks and middleware/API integration with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM MQ, or TIBCO. The role also involves Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, Avalara tax integration familiarity, and Windows Server/IIS

Formación

• 3+ years experience in production support or application development and integrations.
• Hands-on .NET development with C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and .NET Framework/Core.
• Front-end experience with HTML5 and CSS3 focusing on responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience with PowerBuilder (PowerScript/DataWindow/DataStore) or willingness to learn for legacy tasks.
• Strong MSSQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL Agent, performance tuning).
• Experience with middleware/ESB tooling (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM MQ, TIBCO) and API patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs).
• Avalara or other tax integration familiarity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS administration (incl. Windows Server 2012R2).

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain .NET applications in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Implement responsive UI work with HTML5/CSS3.
• Support legacy PowerBuilder components or learn quickly for legacy tasks.
• Work with MSSQL for data access, optimization, and job scheduling.
• Integrate systems using middleware/ESB tools and API patterns.
• Assist Salesforce Service Cloud integration efforts (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs).
• Possibly work with Avalara tax integration services.
• Administer Windows Server and IIS environments.

Role & responsibilities

• 3+ years experience supporting production enterprise applications and integrations; experience in a production support or application developer role.
• Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
• Practical front-end experience: HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, basic accessibility).
• Experience with PowerBuilder (PowerScript, DataWindow/DataStore) or willingness to learn quickly for legacy support tasks.
• Strong MSSQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL Agent job management, performance troubleshooting).
• Practical experience with middleware/ESB tooling (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM MQ, TIBCO or similar) and API integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events) or equivalent CRM integrations.
• Experience with Avalara or other tax integration services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS administration (including older versions such as Windows Server 2012R2).
