Job summary

IIFL Finance in Mumbai is seeking a strong .NET developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and MVC. You will build secure RESTful APIs and integrate with legacy systems via WCF services.

You'll optimize SQL Server databases, write SSRS reports, and participate in design, testing, deployment, and support. Collaboration with analysts, QA, and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and RESTful Web APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Build and maintain WCF Services for integration with legacy and third-party systems.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
• Develop and maintain business reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing,deployment, and support activities.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Identify and implement performance improvements, security best practices, and code optimization techniques.
