Job summary

Continental Hospitals in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, seeks an experienced Consultant Nephrologist to join its multispecialty team. The role focuses on comprehensive kidney care, hypertension management and renal service development in the Bastar region.

The candidate will oversee OPD/IPD nephrology cases, manage CKD/AKI, coordinate dialysis and respond to nephrological emergencies while collaborating with Critical Care, General Medicine, Urology and Radiology teams.

Qualifications

• DM/DNB/DrNB in Nephrology required.
• Valid medical registration.
• Experience in dialysis and management of renal emergencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage OPD and IPD nephrology cases, including acute and chronic kidney conditions.
• Evaluate and treat patients with CKD, AKI, hypertension and electrolyte disorders.
• Manage dialysis-related cases and coordinate renal replacement therapy.
• Handle nephrological emergencies and provide timely clinical intervention.
• Work collaboratively with Critical Care, General Medicine, Urology, Radiology and other specialties.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, documentation and clinical protocols.
