Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking a skilled NC programmer in Tamil Nadu to develop optimized NC programs for aerospace engine components using Siemens NX CAD/CAM/NX CAM.

You will simulate with Vericut, perform 5-axis machining, and post-process for 5-axis, mill-turn and turn-mill machines, ensuring high accuracy and zero-defect manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Siemens NX CAD/CAM / NX CAM.
• Hands-on experience in Vericut simulation.
• Experience in aerospace engine component machining preferred.
• Knowledge of 5-axis machining.
• Experience in post-processing for 5-axis, mill-turn and turn-mill machines preferred.
• CNC controller knowledge: Fanuc / Siemens.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
