The New Business Services (NBS) Onboarding team leads the successful launch of new Franklin Templeton funds and institutional accounts worldwide. The team works closely with Product Development, sales, operations, legal, compliance, and client‑facing teams to coordinate launches and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. Joining this team offers exposure to global stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and complex investment products within a leading investment management organization.

Core Responsibilities

• You will lead global fund and account onboarding initiatives.
• You will coordinate stakeholders throughout the launch process.

Experience, Education & Certifications
