Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking a skilled professional in Hyderabad to join Global Pricing and Valuation Services. The role focuses on risk-based oversight, pricing controls, and governance for fund administration, with collaboration across regions and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in fund administration, valuation, or financial services.
• CFA designation or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

About the department:

Global Pricing and Valuation Services (GPVS) manages fund administration activities that support the mutual fund business, including Investment Book of Record (IBOR) pricing, fair value oversight, and governance of third-party service providers. The team partners with fund boards, auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. Team members work collaboratively across regions and functions to support fund operations, oversight activities, and product launches while driving risk management and continuous improvement.

• You will serve as a contact for complex business inquiries.

• You will produce risk metrics and management reports.
• You will support audits and regulatory reviews.
• You will oversee service provider performance and issue resolution.
• You will support regulatory filing oversight activities.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in fund administration, valuation, investment operations, or financial services.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress toward a relevant certification preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of process automation and operational controls.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
