Narmada Group in Madhya Pradesh is seeking a Senior Quality Auditor with hands-on dairy industry experience to ensure product quality, process compliance, and regulatory standards are consistently met.

You will oversee milk procurement quality, implement audits against FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and drive CAPA with the quality and procurement teams. The role offers growth in a growing dairy business and involves training plant staff on food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Internal Auditing, Food Safety, or HACCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of milk procurement for BMC & MCC.
• Monitor compliances with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and suggest corrective and preventive measures with action plan (CAPA).
• Evaluate cleaning, hygiene and sanitation procedures during audits.
• Ensure proper documentation of all quality control and audit activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality teams to maintain and restrict quality checks following all standards while milk collection.
• Analyze daily Quality Reports of milk collection across centers and plants.
• Focus on vehicle or route timing for milk collection, to improve milk quality and meet standards.
• Lead training sessions for plant staff on food safety and hygiene protocols.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Auditor with hands-on experience in the dairy industry to ensure product quality, process compliance, and regulatory standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Milk Procurement, Dairy Processing, Plant Operations, Quality Analysis, Quality Control, Hygiene Standards, Food Safety Norms, BMC Auditing, GMP, GDP, HACCP, CCP, OPRP, PRP, FSSAI, ISO and so-on

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of milk procurement for BMC & MCC.
• Monitor compliances with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and suggest corrective and preventive measures with action plan(CAPA).
• While Audit need to evaluate cleaning, hygiene and sanitation procedures being followed or not.
• Ensure proper documentation of all quality control and audit activities.

Required Qualifications

• B. Tech Dairy Technology only.
• 2 to 5 years of Quality Inspection, Auditing & Testing experience only in the Dairy Sector.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Certification in Internal Auditing, Food Safety, or HACCP (will be preferred).
