We are hiring for the following time slot

4AM - 8AM
12PM - 6PM

Responsibilities

Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.
Ensure that students enjoy the course!
Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
Conduct group and private lessons as required.
Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required

Formal education in Music (Guitar).
Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music.
Experience in teaching Guitar.
Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!

Skills Required

Must have experience in online teaching.
Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop.
Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources.
Comfortable in teaching children.
Should be available for teaching 6 days a week.
Engages students in learning.
Passion for making learning fun!
Should be comfortable with Music sheet/Sight reading.
Must be proficient with Music Theory.

Salary structure is as follows;

Salary Standard for 4 AM - 7 AM

Salary Standard for normal hrs 7 AM - 8 AM

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:

Month 1: 6000 INR

Month 2: 12000 INR

Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR

Salary Standard for normal hrs 12PM - 6PM

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 6 hrs/ day

For 1st month Rs 5500

2nd month Rs 10500

3rd month Rs 16000
