Job summary

Soho House via Caterer.com is seeking a maintenance technician at our Mumbai property. The role involves handling day-to-day maintenance requests and supporting a range of trades to keep the facility in top condition.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect public areas, and assist with scheduled tasks under the Engineering Manager. A focus on safety and equipment upkeep is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance service requests.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
• Inspect and maintain public area fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required.
• Assist the shift in-charge with scheduled maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and as per operational standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In-charge.
