• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong programming experience in Python, C++, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects and managing technical teams.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, or large-scale software systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
