Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance in facilities.
• Experience with DG sets, transformers, HVAC, and utility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DG sets, transformers, LT/HT panels, UPS, HVAC, WTP and STP systems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain logs and service records; coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company procedures.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in a facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in utility equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility maintenance while ensuring safety and maximum equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DG sets, transformers, LT/HT electrical panels, UPS systems, HVAC systems, WTP, STP, pumps, and other utility equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
• Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical equipment and report abnormalities.
• Attend equipment breakdowns and carry out timely troubleshooting and rectification.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, equipment checklists, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
• Support the Facility Executive and senior maintenance team in daily operations.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance practices.
• Maintain housekeeping of plant rooms and utility areas.

• Valid Electrical License is mandatory (Wireman License / Electrical Supervisor License as applicable).
