Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive MuleSoft and AI-centric delivery across enterprise engagements in Bengaluru. You will guide architecture, integration, and governance while mentoring a large delivery team.

The role demands extensive experience in consulting, cloud integrations, and real-world AI deployments, with emphasis on collaboration across sales, customer success, and product teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical architects and consultants delivering MuleSoft solutions.
Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing scalable AI solutions in Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
Lead technical design sessions and architect/document complex integration solutions.
Identify gaps between clients' current and desired end states using LLMs to review assumptions and simulate edge cases.
Champion AI-first delivery methodology using AI tools and agentic evaluation frameworks.
Provide hands-on delivery guidance for development, governance, and lifecycle standards.
Build the practice through internal initiatives, methodology development, and recruiting.
Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams.
Maintain target billable utilization and manage bookings and utilization forecasting.
Lead customers, partners, and technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects.
Coach team members, oversee projects, and contribute to the technical practice business plan.

Lead a team of technical architects and consultants delivering MuleSoft solutions
Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions in Salesforce and MuleSoft environments
Lead technical design sessions and architect/document complex integration solutions aligned with client objectives
Identify gaps between clients' current and desired end states using advanced LLMs to review assumptions and simulate edge cases
Champion AI-first delivery methodology using AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks
Provide hands-on delivery guidance for development, governance, and operational lifecycle standards
Build the practice through internal initiatives, methodology development, team enablement, architect onboarding, and recruiting
Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
Maintain target billable utilization and manage bookings and utilization forecasting
Lead customers, partners, and technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects
Coach team members, oversee projects, and contribute to the technical practice business plan

Requirements

12+ years of experience leading by example as a player and coach
Professional services leadership experience growing a practice
Strong consulting background at a credible systems integrator or high-growth enterprise software vendor
Experience architecting MuleSoft service integrations across on-premise and cloud infrastructures
Understanding of SDLC pipelines, configuration, and deployment
Experience with API and integration security, authentication, and authorization
6-10 years leading integration teams and architecting solutions within diverse technical teams
Experience conducting technical workshops with technical and business clients
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical professionals
Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
Experience managing people and projects in a matrixed environment
Ability to establish credibility, motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
Agile, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Knowledge of MuleSoft AI developments, including Mule AI Chain, Topic Center, API Catalog, MCP, and Agentforce Connectors
Familiarity with predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI
Passion for continuous learning and experimentation with prompt engineering, new LLM models, and agentic AI frameworks
Basic understanding of Agentforce and building AI agents is good to have
Experience developing with CI pipelines
Knowledge of publish/subscribe integration design models
Experience using Jenkins and Nexus
Experience with Salesforce products and platform technologies
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Ability to own project delivery and multitask across projects and feature development
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent is desired; master's preferred
