Job summary

Sonata Software in Bengaluru is seeking a senior MuleSoft Architect to lead API-led integrations across enterprise systems. About the Role

Mode of work: 5 Days working from office (no remote / no hybrid)

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable API-led integration solutions using the MuleSoft Any point Platform. - 20%
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and reusable integration services. - 20%
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to integration architecture.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and architecture experience on the Anypoint Platform.
Proven experience designing and implementing API-led connectivity, integration patterns, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
Strong expertise in Mule, DataWeave, REST/SOAP APIs, API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications such as ERPs Salesforce, Microsoft Azure etc and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Solid understanding of integration security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS, and API governance frameworks.
Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end delivery of integration programs.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices, including Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) are highly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
