Maneva Consulting is looking for a MuleSoft Enterprise Architect/Lead to drive strategy, architecture and governance across the enterprise integration landscape. This role combines hands-on MuleSoft coding with end-to-end project delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will lead distributed teams in a global delivery model, ensure high-quality design and implementation, and mentor others while delivering complex modernization initiatives using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Qualifications

• 8–20 years in IT with focus on integration and architecture.
• At least 5 years hands-on MuleSoft development and integration design.
• Proven leadership of MuleSoft or enterprise integration teams.
• Experience in AMS, production support, major incidents and problem management.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, governance, development, delivery, and evolution of the enterprise integration landscape. This is a hands‑on architecture role that combines enterprise‑level solution ownership with active MuleSoft coding and end‑to‑end project execution.
• The MuleSoft Lead provides technical leadership, solution governance, operational oversight and stakeholder management for the MuleSoft integration platform. The role acts as the primary technical authority and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all MuleSoft‑related activities across production support, enhancements, projects, transitions and strategic initiatives.
• Key skill: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Design Center, API Manager
• 8 to 12+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 5 years of hands‑on MuleSoft development, integration design or architecture experience
• Proven experience leading MuleSoft or enterprise integration teams
• Strong experience in AMS, production support, major incidents and Problem Management
• Demonstrated client‑facing communication, technical governance and stakeholder‑management capability
• Experience delivering in a global, multi‑team support environment
• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise integration, solution architecture, and technical delivery experience.
• 5+ years of strong hands‑on MuleSoft development and architecture experience.
• Proven experience personally developing MuleSoft solutions while leading architecture and project delivery.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end MuleSoft implementation, integration transformation, or modernisation projects.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams across projects, enhancements, managed services, and production support.
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams, estimates, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Strong customer‑facing consulting, presentation, and executive stakeholder‑management experience.
• Experience working in global delivery and managed services environments.
