Job summary

Aspire Talent Innovations is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant/Principal Consultant to lead complex integration programs in India. You will balance hands-on development with team leadership, ensuring high delivery standards and architectural integrity.

Key focus areas include designing API-led connectivity, implementing DataWeave mappings, and guiding CI/CD practices with Azure DevOps across Mule 4 environments, CloudHub, and Runtime Fabric.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years hands-on MuleSoft development and integration expertise.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams to drive outcomes and enforce standards.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end application and integration architecture, API/data flow optimization.
• Hands-on experience building Mule 4 apps using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant / Principal Consultant with a strong integration background, proven leadership ability, and deep hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be able to lead teams while contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC) on complex integration projects, ensuring the highest delivery standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and strong expertise in system integration and API-led connectivity.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams; ability to drive outcomes and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end application and integration architecture, with the ability to design, review, and optimize API and data flow.
• Proficient in building Mule 4 applications using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
• Expertise in DataWeave, RAML/OAS specifications, and API lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric deployments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps), Git-based version control, and integration best practices.
• Strong communication skills able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases; strong understanding of database concepts and stored procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and execute end-to-end delivery for self and team members.
• Skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs as per business requirements.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components: Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, etc.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure Portal for CI/CD setup and deployments.
• Understanding of API security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, or other backend integration technologies.
